Reading: A Student's Day

Read a short first-person text about a daily routine and answer comprehension questions.

10 min Easy

Read the text

My name is Salma and I am eighteen. I live with my family in Tangier. From Monday to Friday I get up at half past six. I have breakfast with my mother, and then I take the bus to college. My first class starts at eight.

I study tourism because I want to work in a hotel. In the afternoon I finish at four and I usually go to the library for one hour. On Saturdays I do not study. I meet my friends near the port and we walk by the sea. On Sundays I stay at home and help my father in the garden.

Read the questions first, then look for the exact words in the text.
